Archtop Pineapple Ukulele Part 5 – Headstock, tailpin and frets

Glued the veneer to the headstock and drilled the tuner holes.

TBH I’ve no real idea whether the soundboard is right. The wood isn’t high quality so is a bit dead – not ideal. There is a decent tap tone but it is hard to gauge. I’ve thinned the braces as much as I think is reasonable so hopefully it will all work. Very tempted to make another out of better wood…
